Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

• International Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Preloved (Archive) Items

Archive items are dispatched directly from us and may have slightly different processing times. Each item is carefully checked before dispatch.

Dropshipped Items

Some items in our New In and core collections are fulfilled by our supply partners. These items may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times if ordered alongside Archive pieces.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders
